We encourage you to make a decision within 30 days, but our return label never expires.
What payment options are available for online orders?
If you are ordering for a school or public library we can bill you. All other customers must prepay by check or pay by Credit Card. We accept American Express
Will you ship orders to customers outside of the United States?
Regretfully, we do not ship books outside of the United States.

Do schools and libraries receive discounts?

Can I keep preview books longer than 30 days?
Yes, you can. We will automatically send a statement after 3 months. Please let us know if you intend to keep the books longer than 3 months.
Am I responsible for preview books that are lost in shipping?
We keep a record of all tracking numbers to and from your building and ours. If a preview package is ever lost, we are easily able to track it. You will not be held responsible for books that are lost in shipping.
